PhD in Computer Science
ESME
Overview of research area
My PhD project focuses on leveraging computer vision, medical imaging, and deep learning for advanced imaging processing in real-time applications. The goal is to enhance diagnostic accuracy, optimize computational efficiency, and develop robust predictive models. We aim to reduce latency in image analysis, improve resource allocation for large-scale medical datasets, and design realistic simulation scenarios. Deep learning techniques will be employed to refine image segmentation, classification, and anomaly detection. Our implementation will be based on high-performance computing frameworks, ensuring seamless integration with modern imaging technologies.
Short biography
I am currently pursuing a PhD at ESME Engineering School in affiliation with LISSI (Laboratoire Images, Signaux et Systèmes Intelligents) at Université Paris-Est. My research focuses on Artificial Intelligence with a specialization in Computer Vision applications in Medical Imaging, specifically targeting MRI-based liver oncology. I am developing advanced methodologies for accurate tumor segmentation and integrating multi-modal data such as imaging, genomic, and transcriptomic profiles to enhance predictive modeling. My work aims to tackle challenges in tumor characterization, prognosis prediction, and clinical decision support, contributing to the development of AI-driven tools for precision oncology.
